August Slipped Away Into A Moment In Time
Sooo I unintentionally took a 2 month hiatus. A summer break, you might say. But seriously, I blinked and it was almost September.
Not much has happened… so no big updates to report on. Jesse has been traveling a lot (as usual) and we just got back from a friend’s trip on Lake Oconee this past weekend. We are traveling to Greece in a couple of weeks for 10 days and while I’m SO excited… I’d be lying if I wasn’t a little nervous about leaving the girls for that long. Georgia has officially started Kindergarten and is transitioning into her new normal. Emma Kate has moved up to the Twos room at her daycare. My girls are just growing up!
You know what else I’m excited about? ROUTINES!!!!! Your girl is THRIVING on this new routine. We are up and out the door by 7:15, the girls are both dropped off by 7:45 and my butt is at the gym by 8. Now what happens between 9-2:45 I have no idea, but it’s a start.
I have a September Homeowner Checklist for ya (since I am a REALTOR® ya know), along with the things I read and bought in August. Enjoy!
